Depending on how the service is configured, we may also process call metadata, recordings, transcripts, voicemail or call notes, inbound and outbound message records, email delivery records, and service configuration data.
Our website, hosting provider, or analytics tools may collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring pages, and approximate location derived from network information.

How We Use Information
We use information to provide, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service; answer or route calls; capture leads; generate summaries; send notifications; maintain call logs; respond to support requests; manage customer accounts; detect misuse; comply with legal obligations; and keep business records.
Call Recordings And Transcripts
If call recording or transcript capture is enabled for a customer account, we may record, transcribe, process, and store calls for service delivery, lead summary generation, quality review, troubleshooting, and account support. Customers are responsible for deciding whether recording should be enabled and for complying with applicable call recording consent laws.
